门诊就诊须知
尊敬的患者朋友:
就医前请知晓以下内容，助您方便快捷就诊，祝您早日康复!
1.我院实行实名制就诊，首次来院就诊的患者需先进行就诊信息填写。
2.医院的门诊时间是周一至周日全天，上午8:00-12:00，下午13:00-
16:30.窗口挂号时间为早8:00开始挂全天的号，上午号截止11:00，下午号截止
16:00，节假日门诊时间请关注医院通知。
3.微信预约患者不需取号，直接到分诊台分诊，在候诊大厅签到等候。
请您保持安静，不要大声喧哗。
4.患者均要先签到按照叫号依次就诊，过号或看报告请重新签到，听从
导诊的安排。
5.在一个诊疗单元内完成的各项化验、检查，患者持报告结果请接诊医
生解读的当天不再挂号。
6.为保证就医秩序及诊室安静，请严格按照“一医一患一诊室”就诊，
行动不便者限一位家属陪同。
7.为保护患者隐私，医生诊疗过程中，请您不要进诊室打扰。
8.为保障安全用药，药品一经发出，非医院原因，一律不予退还。
9.涉及开具诊断证明事宜，先请挂号到专科医生就诊，专科医生按照相关要求书写好病历和开具病情证明，开具当日到门诊服务中心审核盖章生效。
10.请携带好您的随身物品，谨防丢失或被盗。

Outpatient Clinic Guidelines
Dear Patient：
To ensure a smooth and efficient visit, please read and follow the guidelines below. We wish you a speedy recovery!
1. Appointment Booking
How to Book: Appointments can be made via the mobile app,or in person at the Outpatient Registration Counter.
Pre - registration: First - time patients are required to complete pre - registration online or at the counter with a valid ID (passport,Resident Identity Card) and health insurance card (if applicable).
2.Clinic Hours
Monday to Sunday, all day:Morning:
8:00 AM – 12:00 PM Afternoon: 1:00 PM – 4:30 PM
Window registration opens at 8:00 AM. Morning registration closes at 11:00 AM, and afternoon registration closes at 4:00 PM.
Please check the hospital’s official notices for holiday hours.
3.WeChat Appointment
Patients with a WeChat appointment do not need to collect a physical ticket. Proceed directly to the triage desk for assessment, then sign in in the waiting hall and wait quietly. Please maintain silence and avoid loud talking.
4.Sign-in & Consultation
All patients must sign in first and will be seen in numerical order. If you miss your call or need to review test results, you must re-sign in and follow the guidance of the medical staff.
5.Test Result Consultation
For test results completed during the same clinical visit, no additional registration is required if you consult your attending doctor on the same day.
6.One Patient per Exam Room
To ensure orderly consultations and a quiet environment in the consultation room, please strictly follow the "one doctor, one patient, one consultation room" policy. Patients with limited mobility may be accompanied by one family member only.
7.Patient Privacy
To protect patient privacy, please do not enter the examination room while a doctor is seeing another patient.
8.Medication Policy
Medications cannot be returned or refunded once dispensed, except in cases of hospital error.
9.Diagnosis Certificate
To obtain a diagnosis certificate, first register and consult a specialist. The specialist will write a medical record and issue the certificate. On the same day of issuance, please take the certificate to the Outpatient Service Center for review and stamping to make it valid.
10.Personal Belongings
Please keep your personal belongings with you at all times to prevent loss or theft.
